Integrated Campaign We developed an integrated campaign for the Miles to Money program, which targeted customers approaching the end of their lease. It featured an interactive calculator that let customers know exactly how much they could save on their next VW model.
Direct Mail/Email: Volkswagen Services The emails generated the highest open rates (as high as 68%) and the highest click-through rates (upwards of 40%) when compared to other similar campaigns they've done.
Interactive We took what was originally a 7-page site and expanded it into a 36-page interactive experience. We created all new content and imagery, introduced a payment calculator and an in-page dealership locator widget.
Holiday Card Some brands just mail a generic holiday card to their customers. Not VW. To say thanks and happy holidays, we created an interactive game to entertain and delight VW drivers.
