Out of Home The target audience for .CO are doers – the people that are starting new businesses online and off. Our goal was to build a brand that inspires and supports this audience and would become the home of tomorrow's greatest ideas.
Online Advertising Online advertising broadened our reach and engaged our audience where they spend the most time. News, tech and business sites were the core part of our plan. "The Moment" pre-roll video ad served to help build the brand.
Print Print ads extended the campaign into various publications. To appeal to the mass range of interests of our target audience, each print ad features a hero character with a distinct idea and passion.
Guerrilla We brought the campaign idea to the item most associated with that moment when ideas strike: coffee. In NYC and SF, these coffee sleeves delivered a daily dose of inspiration to starters and connected them to even more through a QR code.
Events Grassroots efforts played an important role in creating evangelists for .CO, and SXSW proved to be the perfect place to connect with our Starters.
Branded Content We shined a spotlight on three unique .CO starters to celebrate and inspire our growing community. The award winning "Under The Bulb" series was the result – three beautiful short films exploring the trial and tribulations of Neil, Tony and Rana.
Social The "Under The Bulb" series spread almost entirely through social channels, amassing hundreds of thousands of YouTube views and helping to build the brand's social media following.
Website The brand website serves as the central hub of the campaign. Visitors can learn more about .CO, read up on articles and tips to launch successfully, watch some inspiring stories and find their .CO web address.
Website Behind the scenes out-takes and interviews with the stars of "Under The Bulb" helped to drive repeat visitors to the brand website and increased sharing of the documentaries.
Website Individual pages for each of our documentary stars were created. Although they all had extremely unique backgrounds they all had one thing in common, taking advantage of their opportunity with a .CO.
Promotion The Bulby Awards celebrate the starters that are doing the most innovative things on .CO. The contest gave the .CO community, fans, followers and enthusiasts a chance to nominate and vote for their favorite sites.
